A few notes on our process:
For more significant repairs involving substantial labor (such as multiple instrument setups, custom work, or CNC services), we require a 50% non-refundable deposit before beginning work. All parts needed for installation must be ordered and paid for in advance. We happily work with customer-supplied parts, but please note that we cannot provide a warranty on parts purchased elsewhere.

Instrument Restoration #
We can restore an old instrument to your liking, or as close to it’s original state as long as the parts can be located and obtained. Whether replacing with aftermarket components, or sourcing online to find the original. We can assist you at every step and do our best to find the best solution. Additionally, used parts on eBay, or from online forums can be reconditioned, repurposed, restored and can still be obtained from an aftermarket supplier. Depending on the age of the instrument a part may still be manufactured (unlikely), or possibly re-issued.
